When the file is being saved to a network folder, Nitro Pro proceeds to crash.

I have a user that has similar issue when the file is being saved on user's local it goes smoothly. 

When the file is being saved to a network folder nitro proceeds to crash. 

Do you have a resolution for this?

To further troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide the following?:

-Does this happen only when you open large PDF files or also small ones?

-What build of Nitro Pro is the user working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
