I looked up the license and it said once I hit the deactivation that I could enter my serial number. A screen keeps popping saying I need to choose a device, but no devices are shown on the page and I'm unsure how to do what it's asking. Please help. Thank you! You purchased a Nitro Pro 12 serial number a few years back. We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
