Cannot contact Sales due to an error saying my email is not a "valid business emaill address"

I am unable to contact Sales due to an error saying my email is not a "valid business emaill address" . I am a small buisness and do not have my own domain email address and use  hotmail. I would have though it was legitimate to use hotmail.
