New laptop and unable to activate Nitro 12 using serial number

I recently got a new computer and reinstalled Nitro 12, however when I try activating Nitro using my serial code an error pops up

 

-24 Activation Error

Nitro Pro encountered some issues while attempting to activate.

 

Please advise - i need to use nitro ASAP for work documents!!

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
