Cannot Activate my Nitro Pro

I have an old version of nitro pro and I am trying to activate it on a new laptop. 

 

Is this possible?

My windows computer crashed.  After getting it back up, Nitro Pro 13 is not there.  I have the Serial #, but I don't seem to be able to download a trial version and then activate with my Serial Number.  Help would be appreciated.

Please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.6.574) so you could successfully activate using that serial number. 
You can find the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12 is installed, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate. 

If you are interested to upgrade your license to version 13 (latest version), you can get the discounted upgrade price through our Upgrade Portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade

Your serial number 504912-xxyyzz-****24 is a version 13 license which is the latest version at this point. 
Please try to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below then activate it using your existing serial number: 

64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi
32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you can activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
