Marcus McClellan Posted September 21, 2022 Report Share Posted September 21, 2022 I have a user who is using Nitro Pro 13, when they try to open a PDF attachment from an email it will not open. I have tried repairing the nitro installation, no luck. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck. I have tried disabling and reenabling the add-in within Outlook, no luck. I also downloaded Adobe Reader DC and set that as the default PDF application, and that worked flawlessly, the PDF opened up instantly. Then I switched back to Nitro and nothing happens when I try to open that same PDF. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
