Activation Nitro Pro 12.14.0.558

Hello recently formatted my hard drive and now asking to activate Nitro Pro 12.14.0.558 on my PC Windows 10. 

I have the installation ID and Serial Number and Activation Code 

but whatever I type in the Serial Number .. it doesn't work, it's currently on 14 days trial left. 

Error message says -24 Activation Error  - Please contact support and submit request. 

Can you kindly advise as I paid for it and now it stopped working.

Please check the version of your serial number through the license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal
If the serial number version is 12, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). The installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

If the serial number version is 13, please install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the above link, click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

To activate, launch Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.

Hello Reymund, 

Thank you for getting back so quickly, I did try to check the version of the serial number through the license portal provided but it came back as an error message. 

"Please enter a valid serial number" after entering 175************** which worked for a number of years until I formatted my computer. 

As mentioned, my Nitro Pro version is 12.14.0.558 

Awaiting your guidance, thank you.

The serial number you provided appears to be not valid. You can verify a serial number through our licensing portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal
A valid Nitro PDF Pro serial number starts with 234 for older versions while 504 on newer version (version 13).

Please reach out to the seller where you purchased this license for further assistance.
