Stuart Jackson Posted September 27, 2022 Report Share Posted September 27, 2022 When customer tries to save a pdf document as a new version directly through Nitro, they get the below error message: They have made sure the document they are trying to save a new version of isn’t checked out so that isn’t the problem. They can save as a new version by dragging the document into iManage “on top of” the old version. Customer is running 10.7.0.105 of iManage client, iManage Cloud backend, and Nitro Pro 184.108.40.2063 Any assistance would be appreciated.
