Anyway that we could get the key?

Hello!

Recently, a computer of ours had it's drive die. We don't seem to have record of the key either nor is the email address active at this time that the purchased the key. I was wondering if there was anyway that we could get the key if I provide information that was used to purchase the key as well as the PC it was originally tied to?
