Unable to validate serial number for upgrading from Nitro Pro 12 to 13

I am having the same problem, i pasted my serial number to upgrade from Nitro Pro 12 to 13 and i also got the same massage.

I looked for the 'Buy an upgrade license' but i cant find it anywhere.

Now, what do i have to do to upgrade?
