Activation issue with Nitro 12

Hello,

I encounter a problem with the activation of my Nitro 12 licence.

When I try to activate my account on the software (version 12.0.0.108), a window with error 24 appears that signals a problem with the activation.

Contacting the assistance doesn't solve the problem, so I adress it to you now.

We had a trial version for a time and bought a licence afterwards, that we have already used. We had to uninstall the software for a time and we encounter this problem after reinstalling it and not being able to activate the licence again.

Can you please help us activate the product ?

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
