Need my serial number - PC Crashed

Good day,

My pc crashed and I need to install Nitro PDF on the new pc. I only seem to find my reference number for the purchase.  Is it possible to send me the serial number?

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and its activation servers have been shut down which is why its installers are no longer available for download. 

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released Nitro PDF Pro 13.  

You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer on this page and activate it with your current Nitro Pro 11 serial number 234600-xxyyzz-159651:

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages instead:

Yes you should be able to because you have purchased a single-user license.

A single-user license can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA):

'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is NOT USED at the same time as the software on the primary computer.'
