I just changed my pc and i am trying to install and activate the nitro to the new without result.

I had bought the nitro 9 and i upgraded in nitro pro 13. but the only serial number i have doesnt work.

Can you help me please ? Because i can't activate my product.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

I did it and I get this error. "The serial number entered does not exist. Click 'back' and make sure that you have entered the serial number correctly. If you still encounter problems, please contact support via the link below: ...'.

As i said i had a computer in which we had bought nitro 9. In March we upgrade it, by paying an amount to nitro 13, but wasn't given us any serial number because the upgrade was automatic.

Can you give me the serial number via message or email ?  We have the invoice or anything you need.
