Donna Bird Posted October 6, 2022 Report Share Posted October 6, 2022 When I request for signature for a client it keeps saying our email address is wrong or the password when everything is correct. OR It will say to wait a little longer or the email or the password is incorrect when it is not. It also say that I put the incorrect password BUT I DIDNT and yOU had block me out. I don't time have time to play these games. I have people waiting and time is being wasted. I will have to change programs to get it done. If you don't get it fixed. I will cancel you anD change Apps or software. Your Signature Requested portion is having serious problems I spend hours trying to get it working. if i dont get paid, YOU will not get paid- figure it out and make sure it is working before you send a message that does differently Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
