Nitro won't authorize

Hello, I upgraded to 13 (actually two copies). It was working. Then, it said my trial period was over?  I went to your site and did the support ticket thing and it finally found the license and said, deactivate and etc. It did not work. I must get these working. Can you help me please?

I sent you the correct version 13 serial numbers. Please use those instead. 

You may get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
