Black Flashing Screen

I’ve recently swapped to a Windows 11 laptop.

Whist using the product and moving pages around with the mouse the screen flashes black then black totally until I let go of the mouse button. This obviously makes it hard to position pages I need?
I can't get a screen grab to show you an example either by using Print Screen.

Can you advise?

Hello @Wesley Collins

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

First, please note, Windows 11 is not yet fully supported by Nitro, so you may encounter issues when using Nitro on this machine. You may review our system requirements here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/technical-details

Having said that, we can still try to troubleshoot the problem you are getting -- please provide us with the following:

- What exact version of Nitro you are using. You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro.
- Are there any specific files behaving this way? Or is it happening to all files?
- Please walk us through your specific step by step workflow so we can try to replicate the issue on our end.
- If you can also provide us with some files for testing please forward them to us.
- Please also send us a video (if screenshots are not available) so we can have a better understanding of your process and the issue. A video taken using a mobile phone will suffice, as long as we can see the process you are doing and the issue you are getting.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Apologises for the delay. We had an issue last where an intruder cut our office phoneline which also meant no internet access.

In response to your previous reply please see below. I hope this helps?

Since sending this message I located the Fujitsu laptop update application and it found a BIOS update. That then installed and seems to have rectified the issue?

I'll keep you posted if things haven't improved?

I reported that after the Laptop and Windows updates the problem seemed to have rectified. However I have since checked again after another Windows Update and it's doing the same.

I have now just seen the recommendation to update Nitro 13. I'll look into this and get back to you .

I would like to point out another observation. The mouse now looks blocky almost low resolution when on the main laptop monitor but normal on the secondary monitor. This issue started after opening Nitro and testing the program for the black screen after the update.
