Deactivate/Activate

I'm trying to deactivate Nitro Pro 12 on my old laptop and activate on my new one, when I click deactivate it gives me an error "24 activation error". When I try to activate on the new laptop it tells me to choose a device but I have no option...? It won't activate on my new one and won't deactivate on my old one!

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
