Yesterday when I tried to open a PDF document it froze and didnt open. I reboot my computer and tried several times with no luck. I decided to uninstall it and I install it again from your site usin f the latest update. Unforunatelly still does not open. please help me out. I use windows 10 home edition. From what I understand, you have already updated your installation to the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 but the crash issue persists. Could you please confirm if the software is turning into a not responding state after launch? Or, it launches with Nitro PDF Pro icon on the taskbar but nothing shows up in the desktop screen?
