You can use our license portal to perform a deactivation. The link to the portal is https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal Enter your serial number then click Find License then click Deactivate button. When done, take note of the version of your serial number then download the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - Download the installer that matches the version of your license.
