Expired Trial - Purchased Pro 13 and can't use sign - NEED HELP ASAP!

I had a trial version of Nitro Sign. I got notice today that my trial was expired. I need to send documents out for signature and despite having purchased Pro 13, i still show expired license. I put in my activation code and still nothing. I deactivated it and reactivated it and nothing. I NEED HELP ASAP!

Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as a trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out.

At the moment, our product team has not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available.

With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment to the affected account so please log out, close all the browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
