Asad Shah Posted October 19, 2022 Report Share Posted October 19, 2022 Hi - I have just upgraded to Windows 11 and now my Nitro PDF Pro has deactivated. I tried entering the activation key but it did not work, giving me a '-24: Activation error'. I then went on the support website, filled out the form and tried to activate it there. It suggested to 'deactivate' the license first and then activate it. When I click on the 'deactivate' option, it says 'please select device to deactivate' but the number of activations are 0 and I can't therefore select a device to deactivate. Can someone please help? We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions.
