So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following: - Are there any specific files behaving this way? Or is it happening to all files? - Are the files in a specific folder? If they are transferred, does the same thing happen? - Please walk us through your specific step by step workflow so we can try to replicate the issue on our end. - If you can also provide us with some files for testing please forward them to us. I look forward to your response. 1 - The majority of the files (80-90%). Adding one of the file that carashing. **deleted Dropbox link** 2 - Files are in many locations: diferent files and cloud. 3 - Just opening file and Nitro Pro stops (as in screenshot from past message). 4 - Adding one of the file that crashing. That hapens with all 9 licenses. Antivirus solution ESET ( for test we turn off antivirus solution). IMPORTANT: when we installed Nitor Pro 12 trial - everything was fine.
