I fill in the enquiry page after I hit "BUY NOW" and "CONTACT SALES" but then get an auto reply telling me that I can only buy online !!!!!!!!! Does anyone actually exist in the Sales Dept??? Nitro has a great product in PDF Pro ... but this process is terrible. Anyone please??? Gerard Crow Posted November 3, 2022 Author Report Share Posted November 3, 2022 Hello Allain, I am a current Nitro PDF Pro customer... and would like to add Nitro Sign Essentials (single seat) to my Nitro "Suite". I would like to stay with Nitro on this feature but just cannot seem to get anywhere when I try to buy. I run a small accounting office where I might request around 250 signatures per year. Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free and now currently running as a trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out. For current features available with the free-bundled Nitro Sign Essentials, please refer to this article:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/cloud/000004914 At the moment, our product team has not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available.
