Last year she registered using her GMAIL and activated it using a serial key (shared by two users - which the maximum Nitro allows). Recently, we updated/changed our work email addresses, since then she was experiencing an error in her Nitro PDF Pro Account. She's still logged in, but suddenly the account was gone back to free use/inactivated one. We tried to activate it again using the same serial key she used last year, but an error was popping up telling that serial key has already reached the limit of two users.
