Patrick Greene Posted October 18, 2022 Report Share Posted October 18, 2022 Hi folks, I started creating a new topic but the drop down menu wouldn't let me make a selection, so I'm adding to this one - and wondering if it may be related. I recently upgraded to Version 12 and it's been working fine for a week. But today all of a sudden i'm getting error messages everytime I try and open a PDF. It says 'The document C:\Users\.....pdf could not be opened. Please contact Nitro Support for Assistance. Error Code: 0X400D0780 I've searched the forums but not found any hits. The PDF's are all stored in dropbox. I saw an earlier comment against a similar error code (but not exactly the same) that this was a bug which was fixed in V13.
