Andrew Dena Posted October 19, 2022 Report Share Posted October 19, 2022 My computer crashed and I needed to install a new motherboard and now I no longer have Nitro PDF Pro activated. When I tried to use the activation key I got a '-24: Activation error'. I tried to fill out a support ticket but when I click on the 'deactivate' option, it says 'please select device to deactivate' but there are no options of devices to deactivate.
