Help Reactivating Nitro PDF Pro

My computer crashed and I needed to install a new motherboard and now I no longer have Nitro PDF Pro activated. 
When I tried to use the activation key I got a '-24: Activation error'. I tried to fill out a support ticket 
but when I click on the 'deactivate' option, it says 'please select device to deactivate' but there are 
no options of devices to deactivate.

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234601-xxyyzz-996016
