question re the "download wizard"

I can't seem to download Pro 12.  I get to 82% and the wizard fails. (4 times so far). My question; does the wizard come with the Nitro Pro program or is it a program with Win 10. I have asked Leslie V on this site but no answer so far. Thanks  john
