Activation of Nitro Pro 11 on replacement hard drive problem

I replaced my desktop HD after it failed.  I downloaded Nitro Pro 11 and installed it.

I tried to activate it with my Serial Number but it shows error-24: Activation Error
I tried to open a ticket which prompted me to enter my serial and deactivate at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal.

This shows a popup saying   "Please select devices to deactivate." but shows no way to do so.

I have it installed on my laptop and desktop since I do not use it on both at the same time.

I just saw at https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000004327 the following:

-24 Error: Activation Error

The '-24 Error - Invalid license number' messaging will appear when attempting to activate Nitro Pro 6 - Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574. As of April 1st 2021 our activation servers for the aforementioned versions of Nitro Pro were retired. All active 18 Digit Serial Numbers originally provisioned for these older versions of Nitro Pro were given an upgrade and can now be used with Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574.

That worked.
