Nitro Pro (12.16.9.574) x64 Crashes when printing specific Documents

Hello,

 

I just installed Nitro Pro on a client PC. With some specific documents, nitro pro crashes at 1% in the printing window. Some other documents work fine. The problematic documents are generated from a CNC machine, are 1 page and around 31KB in size. At another PC in the same company, same license it works without problems. I already tried the uninstalling with the .vb script, download the redistributables and reinstall nitro pro. That sadly did not change anything. I added the entries from the event viewer and the nitro pro support information. Sorry, but it is all in German.

Please tell me if you need any more information.
