Manage licenses.

Thank you for your continues support.

Our team is growing and we need to purchase more licenses but we are facing problems with managing those licenses since the older ones were purchased by different accounts. 
Is there a centralized platform where I can add and manage all the organization licensed users as an Admin?

Before anything else, do you have serial numbers from different accounts that starts with either 23460x-xxxxxx-xxxxxx or 5049xx-xxxxxx-xxxxx where 'X' are random numbers?
