Need full serial number to reactivate

I do the IT support for this company and I just had to erase and reload one of their computers. Prior to doing so I deactivated Nitro Pro and saved screenshots of the results but one only showed  the first 6 numbers of the serial number followed by a series of x's and the other a computer ID. I don't know what email they used to buy it. From these screenshots is it possible to lookup how it was purchased and provide me with the info needed to reinstall?

If you were not the person who purchased the license, we will need:

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

I'm also having the same issue with not being able to transfer Nitro onto another PC.  My  serial number only shows the first few digits and then "XXXXXXX".

I'm guessing that the only way to resolve this issue is through these forums?   The automated chat can't help, and I can't log a ticket via the support option as you need a full serial number to do so...ughh.
