Andrew Oliner Posted October 26, 2022 Report Share Posted October 26, 2022 How do I report a bug in Nitro Pro 13.67.0.45? Nitro is consistently failing to print a PDF correctly. There is a line drawn in the PDF file that Nitro does not print, but it displays it. The PDF prints correctly in Adobe. It's not critical, but it's annoying. I can upload the PDF that is failing to print, plus a PDF showing the Adobe print vs the Nitro print. Also, I had signed up for VIP Access. It looks like that expired, but I was never informed that I needed to renew. Is that still available, and how do I renew? In regard to the VIP Access, our product team has discontinued the Nitro VIP access program which is why you did not receive a renewal email reminder. Going back to your concern, is this only happening with a specific PDF file? If yes, please send over a copy by sending me a private message (hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.). Lastly, are you printing to a specific printer?
