Licensed Nitro Enterprise displays expired trial as of today

Our Nitro Enterprise is displaying Expired Trial starting today. We renewed our licenses a month ago on September 25. We have no direct access to support, so I have emailed support, & left a message with our sales rep. We have unused licenses available, the portal shows us as an active enterprise licensed site, and we are now at a standstill. Our (Nitro Portal) named, licensed, users are unable to use the software.  Help!
