Issue converting to Excel

I have encountered a problem in converting a multiple page document (not scanned) to Excel which is used as an import file financial journals.

Of a five page document, the first four pages converted as expected, however the last page converted 50+ lines of data as one cell. I have not been able to find a way to get it to individual lines as required. 

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and found a fix?
