Error 401 when open Nitro Pro 12

Error 401 pops up when starting up the Nitro Pro 12

 

Error message: "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)"

 

Can anyone assist?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I understand that you are getting a 401 error when opening Nitro Pro. Please perform the steps below and see if this resolve the error message:

1. Open your Nitro PDF Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 
2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro.
3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account. 

If the 401 error message happens again, please provide the exact version and build of your Nitro Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
