We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. John Traphofner Posted November 2, 2022 Report Share Posted November 2, 2022 I have a similar problem as Mr. Belziti. My version was Nitro 9 upgraded a number of times before I convince my firm to buy licenses. Now that I am retired, I tried to activate my old copy of Nitro 9 pro using my Nitro 9 pro serial number, only for it to fail. I entered my serial number in your online support for activation to be told it was a version 12 serial with no activations. I was confused until I read this support message and had great hope, but unfortunately the Nitro Pro 12 complains that the serial number is for an older version and it won't leave trial mode. But when I check online, it now shows as 'Active.' I think I am now more confused then before. John Traphofner Posted November 2, 2022 Report Share Posted November 2, 2022 It seems it was just a glitch in the Matrix... I tried again this evening and the activation went through without a problem. I have never regretted lobbying my government agency to adopt the Nitro program. Back then people only new Adobe. Once they saw the quality product at a fraction of the cost, they were sold. And now, years later, with my old personal copy having issues with activation, you folks jump right in to help.
