Activation Issue

I purchased Nitro Pro 13 a week ago and downloaded the program and it worked fine, then when I tried to use it yesterday it said my trial period was over and wouldn't work. After trying everything I could to get it working again I finally gave up and purchased the program again and that program will not work as well.

I've tried removing the program from my computer and reloading it but it says "your trial could not be started" "The connection to the activation server failed."

I really need help getting this program working ASAP, it is critical to my business and I can't seem to find anyone who can help.
