Andreas König Posted November 4, 2022 Report Share Posted November 4, 2022 Hi! Just changed my PC an installed Nitro Pro 13. Now testperiod is over and as I clicked the activation Button or the activation option in About - nothing happens. No popup. No inputfield for my license. Support page doesn't work. All I get is to the licence overview where I can deactive my installation. I did that hopefully to now be able to activate my license. Support Ticket can't be opened because it always leads back to licensing portal. I am very angry about Nitro Support. I am using Pro for about ten years now, updating periodically. Who can help?
