Andreas König Posted November 4, 2022 Report Share Posted November 4, 2022 Hi! Just changed my PC an installed Nitro Pro 13. Now testperiod is over and as I clicked the activation Button or the activation option in About - nothing happens. No popup. No inputfield for my license. Support page doesn't work. All I get is to the licence overview where I can deactive my installation. I did that hopefully to now be able to activate my license. Support Ticket can't be opened because it always leads back to licensing portal. I am very angry about Nitro Support. I am using Pro for about ten years now, updating periodically. Who can help? In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. In program folder I've found a file ControlActivation.exe I've started it manually and then I was able to activate my copy.
