Need Nitro Pro Key

Hello,

A computer that was reset recently had Nitro Pro on it. Sadly, they key the user had saved was incorrect, so we can not activate Nitro Pro at this time. We do have the account information if we could provide that so we can get the key?

Hi @Colton Burton

I can see a license purchase from that email address, however, for security purposes, we cannot provide the license unless there is an authorization from the owner. 
The invoice receipt has been sent to the email address of the owner including the details of the serial number. Please ask him to check his email inbox as well as the spam/junk folder and look for the email that has 'Your Nitro Productivity Suite order' in the subject line. 

The owner's license is version 13 and the installer can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

Once installed, you can activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.

The employee no longer works at our place of business, so his email account does not exist. Would it be possible to email it to me or the client if I provide any information you may need?
