Password reset/change email - but no email being received

Hello, 

I'm trying to change my email address to a new email, but it says the new email is already existing. 

So I'm trying to reset the password of the new email, but I'm not receiving the password reset link. Are you able to trigger it from the backend please?

Can you please send us your old and new email addresses so we can check? Please send it to me via direct message.

Kindly include a screenshot of the error message as well.
