I have purchased Nitro Pro 13 software  with Cleverbridge reference number ** in Oct 2021. Earlier It was working fine but From last 5 days  activation issue is faced and only limited features are available for use. Tried activating but its not activating.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Already installed version is latest.  Activation not working. Error message " There was a connection issue"

Hello Gayan,

Can you please try the following:

1. Download our latest Clean Up utility: https://www.gonitro.com/support/tools/cleanup-utility-list
2. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't properly run from within the zip)
3. Run the utility (NOTE: This will remove any custom signatures / stamps. Let me know if these need to be backed up)
4. Reboot
5. Download and install 13.70 from here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads

I would also like you to download the latest VC++ package:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-GB/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

Then try activating again.

Please let me know how that goes.
