Hang on close

PDFPen Pro will not let me close two PDFs. When I try to close the tab with either of these documents, it hangs. I am at the moment able to close other documents, and I can quit the app as long as I leave those two documents open.

I'm using the SetApp version, 13.3.0 on an M1 Macbook Pro running 12.6.1 .

I'm testing out PDFPen Pro to replace PDF Expert, and I'm not impressed by the hang, but also by the fact that there is no way to submit a support ticket, and that signing up on this forum forced me to declare myself a "business."
