I have downloaded Nitro Pro Essentials for Mac (ensuring the Icon says 'Essentials'). I have been trying to activate it however the serial number doesn't appear to work. Serial number: Error message: Unable to obtain license. Please try again in a few minutes. I have tried this for half an hour and it still isn't working.
