Serial number not working

My product serial number is not working I have 2 available licenses and deactivated one as I got a new computer and get error -24: Activation error on version 12. 0.0.112.

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-uvwxyz-046055
