Lee Warren Posted November 22, 2022 Report Posted November 22, 2022 Hi, I have tried everything possible after moving house on the weekend to get my scanner working. I have never had any issues troubleshooting and desperately need help now. I can print now issues but when I try to scan i get the following error: Unable to Scan Unable to open the Twain Device Check power and connection. I have always used wireless scanning and printing and I have tried everything and cant work it out. Please can someone help. Thanks

Lee Warren Posted November 23, 2022 Author Report Posted November 23, 2022 Hi, This has not worked. I tried to "repair" then I "removed" and reinstalled and I still cannot scan from Nitro. I am not sure what to do from here. Thanks

Lee Warren Posted December 7, 2022 Author Report Posted December 7, 2022 I've already tried this at least 20+ times and I am not even joking. I just tried it again and IU still get the same error each time.
