HELP - SCANNER NOT CONNECTING TO PC (ERROR REFERRENCING TWAIN)

Hi,

I have tried everything possible after moving house on the weekend to get my scanner working.  I have never had any issues troubleshooting and desperately need help now.

I can print now issues but when I try to scan i get the following error:

Unable to Scan

Unable to open the Twain Device

Check power and connection.

I have always used wireless scanning and printing and I have tried everything and cant work it out.  Please can someone help.

To further assist you, I just made an adjustment to your license, and to ensure you have the latest release, please use our offline English MSI packages below:

x32   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 504950-uvwxyz-081933

Hi,

This has not worked.  I tried to "repair" then I "removed" and reinstalled and I still cannot scan from Nitro.

I am not sure what to do from here.

Could you please also install the 'Printer Driver & Scanner Driver for Local Connection' driver in the following page?:
