Move license to new computer

Hi,

I have got a new computer but have been unable to activate my existing license using the methods provided. Can you please assist?

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your Nitro Pro 13 serial number.

Hi, further to my comment above what do i need to do given my serial number is for Nitro 12 whereas above comments reference Nitro 13?
