Nitro Pro license assistance

I bought a new computer and would like to move my Nitro Pro license. I cannot see the license number, would someone please assist?

Please provide the complete name and email address you used to purchase the Nitro PDF Pro license so we could search for a license purchase and determine the serial number.

I purchased the Nitro Productivity Suite on 2/22/2020 under the name <>. The email was <>.

I do have the receipt and invoice number if needed.

Is there some reason I'm not getting my question answered? It's been three weeks and I have provided everything asked. I would like to transfer the software I previously purchased onto a new device.
