Josh Levine Posted November 28, 2022 Report Share Posted November 28, 2022 Hello, Using a pdf formatted spreadsheet that worked two weeks ago, when converted (Advanced text recovery set to All text) the output is missing all number 8s and letter Ps in the entire document. That was the purpose for which we bought at least a dozen licenses in the last month. If this doesn't work and we cannot reach support, we will be attempting to refund these purchases.
