Reference Number - 4*******

Hi,

Two of our colleague are having a new laptop and need to transfer the Nitro to the new laptop but the problem we dont have the key reference numberto do it

I have the invoce copy with reference number 4******* and this is for ELIAS SARKIS and his staff, as you see the quanity is 2, our former IT Manager Yasser Faraz is no longer with us and the key reference

was him and was not turn over.

Please provide us the key to proceed the transfer.

In checking the provided order reference number, I can see that it was indeed purchased by Elias Sarkis using his email address. 
We have forwarded the invoice receipt, that includes the details of the license, to his email address.

To use the serial number, please ensure that you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574.
You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below then can activate it using your existing license:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.   

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, you can activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
