-24: Activation Error

I am trying to activate NitroPro 12 after getting a new computer. When I attempt to activate the license, I receive the -24: Activations Error. When I go through the automated Activation help process, it says I have zero activations and two available.

In reading a couple of other posts, I decided to see what an upgrade to version 13 would cost, but I get a message there as well. "Your Nitro PDF Pro license has been consolidated into a business license – please contact your account manager" where the account manager is undefined and I am not a business.

Please let me know next steps and options.

Thank you for this information.

Using the same serial number, I did not receive the message saying it was consolidated into a Business license and I got a message saying it eligible for a discounted upgrade.

Could you please try again on your using a different Internet browser?
